i am hyper. xD
My back and shoulders hurt like a hurting thing because ARGH DAMN IT I have sunburn!
Silly me thought that since I'm already dark-skinned, there would be little chance of me -- silly little dark-skinned me -- getting sunburned, forgetting the fact that I've been living like a vampire ever since the semester ended because ARGH DAMN IT it's hot out and have therefore lost some of my tan. I stayed out in the HOT TROPICAL SUN for more than four hours without sunscreen, from late morning 'til early afternoon, thinking, 'Pfft! Sunburn? Moi? Are you kidding?' HA! Serves me right for being so arrogant as to predict that I will not get sunburn when I, in fact, did.
When we got home, I didn't bother with looking in the mirror, because I was dead beat. It was only when I started to dress for bed that I noticed that my shoulders and back were all tingly. But the fact that I had sunburn really hit home when I rubbed my back against the bed as I stretched (which I always do when I wake up) and experienced not pleasure, but PAIN, PAIN IN ALL ITS PAINFUL GLORY.
Now I look as red as an Indian, according to my politically incorrect sister, who is gloating because she put on sunscreen NYAHAHA and is therefore not sunburned.

We're currently going to do some last-minute shopping for our trip to Denmark tomorrow. I still couldn't believe that my sister and I are going there WITHOUT OUR PARENTS and that I'll have only my sister to speak Tagalog to for the next six weeks.
I wish my dad bought a USB card reader so I'll be able to upload pictures every night of our stay there, but unfortunately, he didn't, so pictures will have to wait until we get back here. I'll try to go online as much as I could, though.
