Think of the the word "is". Lower case being is like "is". It is that which exists. A person, for example, is part of lower case being. When he talks about beingness, he's speaking about quiddity, essence, or the whatness of things.

I propose that it doesn't mean anything because he made it up (all of philosophy is made up--Greek made-up philosophy just lacks the pretention of German [and French, incidentally] made-up philosophy).
