I FINALLY GRADUATED. WOO-HOO!!!

I finally graduated from high school. In a few months, I'll be in college.

I'm still not sure if I'm happy about that or not.

We were supposed to eat at San Jacinto Panciteria (that we call tsonga-tsonga, which is family-speak for "really good Chinese food") for lunch after the graduation ceremony, but, as my parents forgot to make a reservation, we got too impatient to wait for a table (since so many of my batchmates also decided to eat there). So we went to Shanghai Bistro in Eastwood instead.

Since my uncles and their kids (aka my cousins) and grandfathers went along, we had the "Special Graduation Package" thing, which was really, really good. And I got a gift from the restaurant too -- a nice pen and something that resembles a keychain but really isn't. Haha.

One of my ninongs is currently jamming with my dad right now. They're taking turns on the piano and guitar, singing in harmony (my dad takes the higher notes, haha!), and making me wish I had my ninong's voice and guitar skills and my dad's piano skills.

I think they're going to perform tomorrow for one of their reunions or something, so their jamming session is also practice. Grr. I wish I didn't stop taking piano lessons, just so that I could say that I could perform in front of other people too.

My dad said that he's going to buy me a new classical guitar soon! Woo-hoo! *celebrates*

My current one's only three-fourths the size of a standard classical guitar, since my dad bought that when I was around 10 years old or something. So, yeah, I really need a new one - sometimes my fingers don't fit within the frets anymore!

I'm happy. I hope that this euphoric feeling doesn't leave me soon.

:)
