some things are just not worth being angry over...

...but that doesn't stop you from being angry all the same. Like my dad, for example.

See, our car's radiator hose gave up on us last night. And that pissed my dad off. Then this morning, during breakfast, I asked him if the soap we export can be included in my UA&P application form. He went ballistic for some reason, muttering things about letting HIM fill out my univeristy application forms for me. *snorts* As if I would even let him. I can fill out my own application forms, thank you very much.

And then the topic of my application essay came up before my dad left to bring the car to the nearest car-fixing place. See, we don't have a printer at home, so I still have to walk all the way to the internet cafe nearby to print it out. Unfortunately, it will only open around an hour or so from now, and I have to submit the form at the uni by noon. (Thank God that it's only nearby.) The nearest internet cafe (aside from the one mentioned above) would require me to ride a jeepney from here to Boni Avenue, since the car's currently being looked over by mechanics. Unfortunately for me, I've never ridden a jeepney by myself (with the exception of the UP-Ikot) and my mom wouldn't allow me to go out without a companion. Since the only available option is our househelp (who has an IQ of a houseplant), I opted to wait for the nearest internet cafe to open. Why did I even bother to ask if I could commute when all I could do is to wait for the stupid mall to open?!

Damn it. I hate growing up!
