Because I love crossovers, I went to crossover_hp and found the CRACK CROSSOVER OF DOOM. It can be found here.

Oh yes, and because I love Howl, I found a crossover for him too. Our loveable Horrible Howl meets Cristopher Chrestomanci, and much bickering ensues. XD It's a WIP, but the author promises to update everday, so you won't have to wait too long to read the subsequent chapters. It can be found here.

And because I love the above fic to pieces (the HMC crossover, not the Dan Brown one, but it's okay too), here's an excerpt:

Clearly you don't come from the Wales where they speak French with a frightful Welsh accent. Are you from the one with miners and male voice choirs? Or the rather energetic one with bards and war lords wandering all over the place? Or the Wales that got fed up with being glued to England and floated over to join Ireland?

baruchan's methods of finding good stories:

FIRST METHOD: I check out the favorite stories of my favorite authors over at fanfiction.net. Because an author's taste in fanfic is directly proportional to the quality of his/her work. (That's what I noticed, anyway.)

SECOND METHOD: I use the search function here on lj (searching by interest always works)

THIRD METHOD: be stalkerish and find all the places where elitist prigs post their works, because prigs or not, elitists are good at writing

FOURTH METHOD: I add fanfic communities to my friends list and search for good stuff there. And if the posters show where they cross-post their works, you'll get to find more communities that way, too.

FIFTH METHOD: I have the misfortune of having no life outside of the Internet, so I just click and click and click and hope that I'll stumble upon a good fic. XD
