Dear self,

In case you've forgotten, you have comprehensive exams on Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Histology all to be held on Monday. That's a lot of exams crammed into just one day. And you've barely even cracked open your textbooks.

Stop watching and/or reading articles, talks, and lectures about economic and social reform. Stop thinking thinky thoughts that have nothing to do with what you're supposed to be worrying about. While they are indeed interesting and edifying and triggers your inner activist to get up and save the world one injustice at a time, it would not really help you in the long run if you fail your exams.
