I just got back from Robinson's Galleria, where I cancelled the flight my mom booked for me because she forgot that I have classes and assumed that I'll be able to go with them to Boracay. I spent FIVE FREAKING HOURS just waiting and waiting and waiting for my number to be called. Seriously. Why couldn't they just allow us to cancel the booking online instead of forcing poor souls like me to waste half a day just to tell the nice lady in yellow that we won't be able to make the flight after all, thank you, good bye?

Also? IT'S HOT LIKE HELL. My dad's going to kill me once the electricity bills come in -- I've been pushing the air conditioner to its limits since I woke this morning.

1. I have to finish postlab5 and prelab6 by tomorrow night. I have to. I have to. Or else I'll end up cramming into the wee hours of the morning on Sunday, which would be a mistake with a capital 'M' since I have to deal with four hours iof Chemistry lab on Monday. But that's not all, because that would just be too easy, wouldn't it? Right after obsessing over my data sheets for lab, I'd have to stay cooped up in school for the next two hours since --

2. -- OMG THEOLOGY TEST :O I'm doomed. Doomed, I tell you. I already find our Theology quizzes hard to answer, damn it, and I don't think I have enough time to study well for the test because --

3. -- I still have the Developmental Psychology paper to deal with. While I like the topic I chose -- the cognitive, psychosocial, etc. development the Antichrist goes through in Good Omens, ha! -- I still don't have enough sources to cite. Which means the entire afternoon tomorrow would be spent in the library, poring over books that I could bring home to refer to. Urk. Speaking of Psychology --

4. -- I still have to come up with script ideas for our Personality report on Thursday because there's no way I'll let Banzy shoulder that responsibility alone. She has to work on her Western History paper, which reminds me --

5. -- our group still hasn't met up properly, and we only have, what, a month to finish our project? While I guess it could be easily done in a week, I'm not willing to wait until the week before the deadline to start on it. I want an A in Western History, damn it.

6. I'm just about ready to drop dead now.

ETA:
7. I MESSED UP MY LAB PROCEDURE FTW.

I totally, totally hate the PC. The monitor DIED before I was able to print out my postlab, and I didn't have the chance to back it up on my flash disk! GAH!

My mom says we need a new monitor anyway. But all that hard work - wasted! I could've slept the whole afternoon instead of working on something that's not due for another three days. Damn it.

In other news, I just got back from watching Hairspray. Verdict: I wanna watch it again. xD

I shouldn't have ignored the signs.

The first thing I looked up on the Internet this morning was the lyrics to "So Long And Thanks For All The Fish!". Then I started looking for Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy fics. Then Jamie[livejournal.com profile] tralalaly IMed me out of the blue, asking about Vogon poetry.

I really, really shouldn't have ignored the signs.

I should've just continued channel surfing instead of watching an episode of Battlestar Galactica. If I only acted on my whims later! Then I wouldn't have missed the first 2/3 of the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which was on at Star Movies. Argharghargh.

'Scuse me. I'll go off and read the trilogy again to satisfy my er dissatisfaction with life.

Argh. Still haven't finished the Filipino research paper. At the rate I've been going (1 page every hour), I don't think I'll be able to submit this on time. *sigh*

I hatehatehateHATE page quotas. DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:

This week is such a crappy week. I believe I've just managed to completely destroy all my chances of getting into the Dean's List because GAH ZOOLOGY DAMN JUUUUUUUUUU.

Also, GLOBE TELECOMS IS TEH SUCK.

Have spent all week working on my CRP, and I believe that it's A LOAD OF CRAP.

Random CRP Trivia:

GAH. I hate that stupid Taiwan earthquake (whose epicenter, by the way, isn't even in Taiwanese territory - it's in the Philippines's!). Globe is still having problems with their DSL, or their network, or whatever. Why are they taking too long in fixing the problem? WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS, DAMN IT. WE DESERVE TO HAVE INTERNET IN OUR HOMES!!!!!

In any case, I still haven't started on my English paper. GRR.

GRR.

I didn't wake up when I set the alarm for 1am this morning after sleeping at 9pm. ARGH.

I still haven't finished the Filipino paper.

I still haven't studied for Zoology.

RAWR. I hate this!

The Star Wars EU makes me want to curl up and weep. XO I thought that nothing could surpass NJO, but it seems that the Legacy of the Force is worse. It really, really deserves the Throw-Worthy Award for Books (Series).

Okay. This is getting ridiculous. Just because there was a severe lack of typhoons that came by our little corner of the world last year doesn't mean that Nature has to make up for it by giving us yet another typhoon, and so late in the year, too! Typhoons aren't even supposed to be in the general area until May!

second semester schedule )

Argh. I hate Filipino. It's bad enough that I would have to endure an hour-and-a-half long lecture, but no, they had to schedule it at 7.30 in the morning! Which means I have to wake up at FIVE IN THE MORNING if I want to get to school on time. GYAAAAAAAH.

My PE is basketball. Yes, snicker all you want, but this four-foot-eleven-inch girl will prevail! (I wanted to take Advanced Volleyball, but we have a class in their only timeslot. *le sigh* Such is life.)

I keep telling myself that this week wouldn't turn out as bad as the hell weeks we used to have in high school.

But then I remember that I lost my one and only source of cheap iced coffee. (I used to gulp a little less than 500 mL of caffeine-laced goodness every morning, to keep me awake after all-nighters. *__*)

So now I just weep. And try not to fall asleep on the public transport, because I might miss my stop.
